Equipped with a love for teaching, an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, and a spark for connecting with people, Anna approaches movement from a holistic perspective. She has over a decade of teaching experience and enriches all of her classes and private sessions with clarity, creativity, and humour. Anna firmly believes that movement is a platform for transformation and what thrills her most is watching her clients achieve and surpass their fitness and health goals.

Pilates has been an integral part of Linda’s fitness regimen for many years. After seeing and feeling the benefits of Pilates in her own life, Linda loves seeing her clients develop their own appreciation of this amazing exercise lifestyle. Linda’s welcoming personality will make all clients feel comfortable in every class. Whether you are a first timer or a seasoned pro, Linda will accommodate all levels, giving cues to those that are just getting the hang of Pilates and stepping it up for those that want a bigger challenge!
It is Linda’s goal to make every class interesting, a bit different and for every client to leave feeling taller, stronger and ready for more! Linda is so excited to be teaching in beautiful Port Carling and looks forward to seeing you in the summer!
We’re available for private sessions in our studio, or on your dock.
Book a private session for yourself to focus on form and alignment and get undivided attention from our skilled instructors. If you prefer to workout with a partner, book a semi-private session and sweat it out together. Or if you’ve got a cottage full of guests and want to plan a group workout, we offer private classes too! We’re here to help you look and feel your best, all summer long!
Welcome! While some of our new clients are happy to jump right into our regular classes, many prefer to start by getting acquainted with the basics by taking a private session or attending the Intro to Pilates Classes. Both are great ways to become familiar with the studio and our teaching style.

What should I bring?
Just yourself! We provide mats and all your props.
What should I wear?
Wear clothing you’re comfortable moving in, and that doesn’t restrict your movement. All classes are done in bare feet or grippy socks (available for sale at the studio).
Should I eat before class?
While everyone’s metabolism is different, we strongly suggested avoiding having a heavy meal right before working out. Most of our clients tell us they have a light snack 1-2 hours before class.

2 hours notice is required to cancel your class without being late charged.
All late cancelations or no-shows will result in being charged for the missed class.
For summer membership holders, a late cancelation or no-show will result in being charged $25+HST.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
